I never knew the day will come where it dawned on me that staying back in Singapore instead of travelling out could be so much fun. Last year I did 6 trips overseas altogether, for work and pleasure. This year, I did none. ZERO. Unbelieveable. I took a couple of long leaves to just relax, and chill. And I returned back to work fully rejuvenised, with no jet lag, dirty laundries to clear whatsoever. Being with the right company counts of course :) I didn't want to travel without my dear by my side, without him sharing the sights, sounds and local tastes. So the only way to do so, will be to 'travel' locally. I did many things that I wanted to eat, do and explore but didn't have time to do. For the first time, I: 1. Tried Cafe Iguana's food (heard rave reviews about it from bestie but didn't get to try) 2. Played LAN games.. hahaha 3. Visited the Botanical Gardens... lovely experience :) 4.
